UPDATE 6:30AM SUNDAY JULY 11TH

The river came up overnight. We are going to have to move to MD Chute. If you get this message please pass it on to others. You can reach the organizer James at (703) 966-6982.

The competition location(s) will be determined by water level. Depending on water level the best spot for the pros/experts might not be suitable for beginners (Bloody Good, I'm looking at you). However we may need to centralize in one spot to ensure that the event can finish on time.

We'll begin with a competitors meeting, then go from there. At that time we will communicate final decisions on location(s) and run order of the classes.

Classes

  • Beginner Men
  • Beginner Women
  • Advanced Men
  • Advanced Women
  • Expert Men
  • Expert Women
  • Expert C-1

Each class must have a minimum of 3 competitors. If there are not enough competitors to form a class it is the decision of the race director, after conferring with the competitors of the classes in question, to either combine or eliminate that class.
