The Boatercross is an exciting blend of down-river racing and roller-derby, all in playboat.

Come join us in 2010 for a variety of great clinics offered by both local and nationally recognized paddling experts.  This is a great chance to try out a boat or paddle, learn about river rescue, try playboating, perfect your forward stroke, or get introduced to river kayaking.  Look for updates to this page as we develop clinics for the festival. 

It's a race, it's a paddling parade, it's the Community Downriver Paddle.

The 2009 PotomacFest Freestyle competition, sponsored by Jackson Kayak, will begin at 9am on Sunday, July 12th.

Welcome to the 2010 Potomac Fest Great Falls Race.  Tom McEwan and the staff and students of Liquid Adventures Kayak School will again organize the race.

An informal event where you can show up with any boat and any skill level and show the judges what you have out on the Potomac's best wave of the day.

It's party time! Join the Awards Banquet Dinner at Old Angler's Inn Saturday evening at 6:00pm.

Time and Date: 6:00 pm 'til 11 pm

Please keep in mind that details may change at the last minute due to the deluge of rain we're all hoping for, a dam being built across Great Falls or other random acts of fate. We will try to inform everyone of last minute changes at the check-ins.
